Not only did this place schedule my appointment for 3pm, but they waiter until 2:55, as I was waiting in the lobby, to tell me they couldnt service my car per my appointment. After 20 minutes of the manager arguing with me on how they have a right to not give an explanation why, he took my car in a bay, came out 5 minutes later and said “we can do a care check but we cant do any maintenance and you will have to wait till close to 6 before you get your car back.” Called the police after refusal to give me a receipt of what th... read more
