Good wood is good people, could class his business up and do well if he really wanted.
Good Wood started work on my derecho home and spotted two broken trusses during his estimate which secured an extra $6500 from repaired/replaced the walls, flooring. subfloor and even remodeled the attic into a bedroom. He is fair and is a Professional with a capital P. The work the Good Wood team was outstanding and looks superb. He even fixed my car from overheating and didn't even charge me. I highly recommend Cory for projects, large or small.
If I could give a zero I would.He took a sample of my siding to send in and see if it could be matched.Said it would take a week to 10 days.It has now been almost six weeks and I can't even get a call back from him. So I guess I'm going to have to let somebody else take more siding off of my house, since he won't even bring my sample back!
His employee Brandon did a good job on my roof but Cory ripped me off money for a front door and fence panels till this day have not seen the money or my door or fence panels to me that makes him a their. And the job he did on my sister in laws roof won't even past inspection he had many of chances to fixbut never has came back to even try it
