My mom and I went in today to fill a few gallons and decided to get alkaline water. As we were filling them, the employee rushed over and raised her voice, telling us that we were using alkaline water and that it cost more. We were already aware of the price difference and fully intended to pay for it. Before we even had a chance to respond, she took it upon herself to empty the water we had already filled from our gallons. The interaction felt unnecessary, belittling, and unprofessional.
