Have been coming here for many years to purchase Alkaline water. Recently we started getting a weird taste from the water and brought up our concerns to the owner(whom I believe is the cashier) and she blamed it on the way we possibly wash our water dispenser and/or water gallons. Today I tested the water’s alkalinity. Turns out that the South Gate faucet water is more alkaline than their “alkaline” water they sell. The only green strip is from the faucet water.

I love coming to this water spot I been coming for years.Their service is not like any other water place the quality in the water is 10 out of 10 for both of waters the purify and the alkaline.I especially love the way they can bring you the water to the car it helps a lot because I can’t carry heavy things, the workers are also super kind and respectful what they are doing is really excellent and helpful for a lot of people including myself really recommend everyone to come to this water establishment.

Went in to refill two five gallon bottles of water only to find out they don't accept debit or credit card unless you make a purchase over ten dollars. I didn't have cash on me at the moment so I offered to purchase other items such as ice cream or drinks. I was told no unless the purchase was specifically water. That was weird. I couldn't retrieve my bottles or cancel my order since they were being filled. I had to forcibly get cash. I guess it's my fault for not asking first.
