Every time there is at least an hour wait for just 5 minutes with the doctor. There’s never enough seating in the waiting room and they don’t allow seating in the glasses area even though there are chairs unattended. I was told they were taking walk in’s today from 11am-2pm. We walked in at 11:01am. I walked out at 12:05pm because we still hadn’t been seen and they didn’t know what time the doctor was going to be in. They are so unorganized and never on time.
