If I could give 10 stars I would. Today I took my 3 kids back in. One of my kids has down syndrome and one has severe anxiety surrounding dental appts. Dr Lauren and her team are so patient and loving I would drive way more than our current 3 hour drive to see them. I wish I could’ve taken pictures today but my hands were full. My kiddo with anxiety had a very hard time letting the team remove her expander. The last try involved dr Lauren writing out on paper ‘I can do this’ and ‘I am going to be okay’ and had my kiddo copy ... read more

We have been very pleased with the results from our daughter’s first phase of treatment. We started when she was 3 and really needed a “nervous child”friendly provider in order to be successful. Dr Ballinger and her team are exactly what we were looking for. The office is fun and welcoming, and all the staff including Dr Ballinger are very friendly and patient with little kids. I appreciated the very thorough consultation in the beginning with all the cost details, scans, discussions etc. Billing was simple and straightforwa... read more

Dr. Lauren and the Good to Grow staff are very nice, but the quality of care diminished throughout the 18 months that we spent with the practice. My son’s treatment plan changed often without any explanation. This was very confusing, and I constantly felt the need to do my own research and self advocate. They also don’t have a good system for removing the fixed expanders, resulting in a traumatic experience for the child. We ended up leaving and seeking out a different provider.

Let’s start with the good: Dr. Ballinger knows her stuff and took good care of our kid's mouth. His airway was restricted and through a palate expander, he was able to get significant jaw growth which we are happy about. Her team is friendly and excellent with kids. The office is kid-friendly, though it is open-concept so you don’t have a lot of privacy. The bad is quite long, but the TL;DR; is that she does not like being challenged at all and acted very unprofessionally towards us. It was quite alarming that a medical prof... read more

My two kids had their first appointment here and loved the hygienist, Dianna as well as Dr. Lauren. The space is all kid friendly, including a play room in the back which kept one kid busy while the other got her cleaning. We chose Dr. Lauren due to her specializing in airway care and look forward to continuing services with her! This place is great for regular cleanings as well as more advanced oral and airway care!
