The young man arrived on time, was very polite and friendly, did a wonderful job! My daughter-in-law thought I had new carpeting. My carpeting needs stretched in a couple of places, and once the carpet was cleaned, those areas looked much smoother. He left thorough instructions and the carpeting was dry in less than 24 hours.
