I used to love this place. Went a few months ago for my first after winter pedicure and a new young man did my feet who could not understand or speak much English. One toe hurt from the moment I got home. I had to keep forcing him how to clean and buff. When I took the polish off a month later that one toe nail was brown. Talk about mad. He needs more training and to go to ESL school if he wants to work with the public. Ended up having to go to dermatologist!

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years but after today I won’t be going back. Today was the first time my boyfriend went with me all of a sudden the price is higher than when I go alone, prices change so while I side eyed this it wasn’t a deal breaker. I used to enjoy coming here, but after today I won’t be returning. I booked days in advance with a specific nail tech. When I arrived, Sydney told me they couldn’t reach her and asked me to wait. I then waited 45 minutes with no update before Sydney finally returned. The nail tech who did my pedicure was very nice and did a great job. Unfortunately, Sydney’s lack of communication when I first arrived made the experience disappointing. Terrible experience I will never come back she tried to charge my daughter 35 dollars for a clear coat not even a manicure and she started yelling at my daughter a MINOR mind you.
