I had such a great experience at Good Times. I needed a quick soak off and they were my second stop for this service. The 1st place had a 30 minute wait (just for a take off). From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They sat me down and started working on nails immediately. My 18 year old sister paid $45 for a gel pedicure. The man rushed through the whole pedicure and she told them that she can come back up there to get her money back. We came back to get it removed and also to get refund as she stated once we got back up there she said she was only giving her $10 back. She tried arguing us down and she stated that she has “lack of education “ because she’s black and wanted her money back to go get her feet done elsewhere for her senior/first prom. HORRIBLE! I received a pedicure from a gentlemen. He filed my toes uneven and cut them down too short. My toes were a nice length and now they look a mess. Also I still have skin on the bottom of my feet from him not using the pumice stone correctly/enough. They don't even offer you a cold beverage like other places in the area. Just skip this place and move on to somewhere else. He clearly knew I was unhappy and my toe nails were uneven but yet nothing was done about it. I would post a picture my toes look atroshish. I had a horrible experience here yesterday. I came in for a pedicure and acrylic soak off. When it came time to do the “soak off” the older lady had pliers and a nail to pull the acrylic off. I asked her if it was ok for me to just get them soaked off instead but she insisted that she continue. I was wincing in pain trying to pull my hand away but she continued. Finally, she got to my thumb and she plied the nail off, with my natural nail causing it to bleed. She got annoyed with my complaints so I got another nail tech who ... read more
