They call it fried ice cream but they don't actually fry it. Seems like this might be a bait and switch or an FTC complaint.
The quality is always great and the staff is always polite and helpful!
Placed a mobile order that said it would be ready at 11:53 today, walked in at that time and the employee at the counter said it would be ready in a few minutes. I ended up sitting there for a full 30 minutes While multiple employees stood around and talked. At the point it hit 30 minutes I walked up and asked to cancel my order because I did not have time to sit there all day.
