The customer service is garbage. Understandably this is their busiest time of year but I called and gave the owner my credit card information a week ago to reserve the boat. Never received a confirmation or charge on my account. Every time I called I was told it would be done today. That was a lie. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone. Only one guy answers the phone and it’s his cell phone. There is no office. Never again.
