The staff is awesome and super friendly. I've had vets offices that were kinda iffy with my dog because of his breed (pitbull) and size but not here. They are great!

I wish I had known them long time ago, I have never met such a caring wonderful bunch of folks who actually love what they do, Dr. Sassman is the greatest.
I called around several places to get some prices on veterinary services and when questioning them all on micro chipping for my puppy they all said, just bring him in and we will do that. What really stood out to me was when I questioned Good Shepherd staff the reply was, if you are already having a procedure done where you puppy is put under, do the micro chipping then, because it is a rather large needle and it hurts.
