Never go here. As others have noted, very deceptive and scummy pricing practices. When I came here last year for a PT eval, they charged $480 which my insurance paid most of. Throughout the time I was there they had repeated billing mistakes. This year, the PT eval for the same amount of time and similar body part suddenly cost $1000, which of course meant a much higher cost for me. PT staff is excellent, hence 2 stars and not 0/1 stars. I cant say the same for their billing practices. I feel I was over charged and when I addressed the Issue staff made me feel incompetent. Needless to say I would steer clear or keep a very keen eye on what you are being charged for.
took over 2 hours to schedule an appointment and was hung up on multiple times. Worst customer service agents ever. They kept refusing to schedule the appointment because my script was not up to date. It was out of date because their internal team did not process my transfer request for multiple months and in their negligence the script lapsed. the least they could have done is schedule the appointment and given me time to get it updated but instead they refused to do their job and wasted hours of my time. Father came here for physical therapy and condition and health declined. Physical therapists did very little to increase his mobility. When I spoke to PT he excused the lack of progress on age. He also left my father feeling defeated from the beginning telling him he saw no real improvement possible and at the same time having very little expectations for his care.
