The relationship this company builds with you from the very beginning is like family and unbreakable. If I hadn’t went back to school to become a nurse I would absolutely still be with them.
Good Shepherd is such a blessing to the clients and families it serves. They are able to ensure quality care is given to clients because they take impeccable care of their caregivers. It has been wonderful to see the peace of mind people gain by relying on Good Shepherd to assist them through such precious moments in life. They truly do go above and beyond.
They are the most wonderful and professional group that I know. I have worked at 3 facilities that use them and I haven't heard 1 complaint about them. I've also have done business with their billing personnel and they are fantastic. I recommend them all accross the board.
The most professional, loving, caring, and genuine group of professionals. I would let them take care of anyone in my family, including myself. I have honestly have never been treated better.
