Thank you for helping my Mom! She's made good progress since coming home from hospital/rehab. She had a great team: PT (Ana), OT (Mirriam), Nurse (Hannah), and Aide (Evelyn). Everyone has been so nice and helpful. I highly recommend!
This organization does not attend to paperwork and their clients suffer. The PT support is very good when it is allowed to continue. The office staff does not seem to be able to answer questions so sends calls to a"person" in the business office this unknown person does not respond to messages even when they are marked urgent. Supposedly they have a goast for a case manager however there's no name attached to that title. We had really high hopes for this company since it was reccomend to us through the VA hospital for my grandfather who is bedbound. They assured us that they had the nurses and resources needed for having a nurse come out for 20 hours a week. After receiving very little help or care they decided to terminate the contract after we complained about not receiving the amount of care we agreed upon.
