Everyone was attentive compassionate and professional. Services were timely and i was well informed
They are so nice and comforting when visiting Western Ridge! The technicians, nurses and all are excellent handling my husbands needs!
The ER is useless. Sent my friend home twice with an infected tooth.His face was swollen three times the normal size. Would not transport him to UC where he could get the care he needed. Never will I go there again. Now he has to have major surgery where if they had taken care of it the first time, it would not have come to this. Poor service and staff acted like we were bothering them when his pain meds wore off. Hope they never get treated like that somewhere.
Rud unfriendly nurse.. couldn't smile if she had too. And aren't they suppose to wash their hands and wear gloves to insert and remove an iv? She never did and she threw the needle in the regular trash! Needs to be retrained in the right procedures!
