I was seen immediately. All the staff was very kind and efficient. I was in and out in about an hour with xrays!
I've never been treated so poorly by medical staff in my life. The nurse was rude and doctor Paul Vincent Metzger refused to order the tests that I needed. My extremities are numb and rather than give me the MRI that I begged for they basically threw steroids at me and told me my situation wasn't life threatening and discharged me. I didn't feel any empathy whatsoever for my situation I was told to go to my family doctor. This place is a complete joke and I wouldn't take my grandmother here if she was on her deathbed. Great! 1st appointment of the day. No waiting!
UC and Christ are hard to beat, but TriHealth is great too. This western Ridge location is great for us and they were very busy tonight but we still got in and out with X-rays and all in a short time! I’d rather poke hot needles in my eyes before going to any Mercy hospital.
I’ve had two specialist here and pt it’s a great place
great doctors and staff they actually care!!!
