My mother got to help with the nurses chart since she used to be a nurse herself which is nice. They made activities that were specific to her.

When we decided to move my mom to a nursing home I felt very bad at first. However, the staff members made me feel much better about it. They got to know my mom, and to love her. It was nice to know that people were looking out for her during the day.

Very unprofessional!!! – Very unprofessional staff!! I was disatisfied with the service!! The Home health care provider was excellent!! But when I called the office with some questions that I had they were very rude and seemed to be very impaitent! When I asked to speak with a supervisor she also was very rude and did not help any! This company is suppose to be here for the clients and with office staff like that I would not recommend them at all!!!

Caring, Energetic, Awesome Staff – Willow wind was a choice we had to make for my 97 year old grandmother in our care, after 7 months of having her live with us it got to be a little too much. The biggest part of us choosing willow wind was that every time we went there, there were residents out and about doing activities, having coffee, socializing.
