Wife, who is over 50, called to make appt for a mammogram.m. Was told she needed a referral. Not true for anyone over 50 but she got one anyways. Asked if she could email it. Girl she spoke to said you can either fax it or bring it in. Don’t have a fax and she not driving 30 mins to bring in a referral she didn’t need only to go back home for them to call her back at some unknown time. Nope. She went someplace else and got an appt right away.. Poor training or just laziness and unprofessional.
