My wife received such amazing care here at unit 3 west for her 3 day unexpected visit for a jaw infection . This hospital has the kindest most professional staff i have ever seen. Thank you so much samaritan it made a stressful time so much better , for her family knowing she was receiving such excellent care! Thanks again so much
My 4yr old son had multiple episodes of hypoxia today, low pulse, low O2, pale skin and blue lips. We waited almost 4hrs and never received care. The waiting room was a disaster, people waiting longer than us, falling onto the floor with no regard from staff. Both restrooms were inhabitable and absolutely disgusting. One of them had feces smeared all over the toilet seat and the other was covered in vomit. Do better Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.
Had to go to the ER today. Everyone was kind and efficient. Definately a positive experience.
This is my girlfriends account but I went to the emergency room on thanksgiving night with a kidney stone and was treated quickly and professionally the best treatment and quickest I’ve ever gotten in to be treated I can’t say enough good things about my visit thank you to Everyone involved in my treatment
