Our resident was admitted to the hospital this past weekend for a biliary tube repositioning and treatment of an infection. He is immobile and incontinent, so attentive and compassionate care is especially important for him. The nursing staff were incredibly kind, patient, and respectful throughout his stay. They treated him with dignity and made sure he was comfortable. We truly appreciate the excellent care he received.

Best hospital ever
During a recent visit, I was uncomfortable with the demeanor of the nurse Brandy L, RN of ER and the way our visit was documented. My child’s behavior in the waiting room was noted in a way that felt dismissive and did not reflect the seriousness of why we were there. As a parent, it’s discouraging to feel judged or unwelcome when seeking care for your child, especially when staff are unaware of the full circumstances. Professionalism and empathy go a long way, and unfortunately that was lacking in this interaction.
