They never offered me a new clients and Medicaid wanted to know why I left the company so I could get my benefits and they said I refused to accept new clients they never offered any more clients why you need to lied about it in my case… careful caregivers this company is not good to trust…

The PCA’s are great. The problem is with the scheduler. The hours of the pca change & the client isn’t consulted or even advised by the office. The pca tells you new schedule on short notice. They even sent a pca without advising me she was coming & then said they didn’t send her. How did she know my address & phone number? It just seems that this company has poor communication skills, which is really sad.
I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional service provided by Good Samaritan. From the very beginning, their professionalism, compassion, and dedication have been nothing short of remarkable. They create an environment that feels not just safe, but also warm and supportive.
