Billing department has no clue what they’re doing. Disputed a bill for physical therapy. Was given 26 appointments for therapy went to all my scheduled appointments was told I need new prescription for more visits. 6 months later received a bill for $268.00 and told I had an extra visit. They were the one who made my appointments. Was supposed get a callback about the bill. No callback bill sent to collection agency.
