staff is terrific, it's the new president of Good Sam's that is running this place into the ground. I also reached out about volunteering and the lady (Judy or Jodie) was extremely rude. How are people like this working in this industry? SCL Health should really think about who they hire.

The rude, lazy, incompetent people in customer service should all lose their jobs. The man who answers their phone sounds like he could not be bothered. He does not even identify Good Samaritan or himself. Tina is especially rude and acts like she owns the entire hospital. I used to use this facility all the time, but since scheduling is impossible, I have gone elsewhere. Goodbye Tina, and good ridance.
How dare you harass me when we have been paying our unnecessary medical bills on time every month per our arrangement. You should HAVE NEVER accepted our incoming ambulance yet you did then within 30 minutes said you cant help us and we would be transferred to a children's hospital. That transfer took 4 HOURS!! All while my son sat there in pain screaming and we accrued 15k worth of bills and a second ambulance bill. You should have NEVER EVER accepted that ambulance. Stop harassing me!
If I had the option of choosing another hospital I absolutely would. The staff and volunteers are ridiculously rude. The are snarky and absolutely in a rush and dont take time to get to listen to the problems the patient is having. they rush the patients in and out and treat you as a number not a human. they lack the compassion and common sense to ask if a patient also is under chemotherapy also. the quality of care her has severely gone down. most of the nurses also walk around with a god like mentality. Without a doubt, this is the best staff and care I have ever received! So much so that I was kind of sad to have to leave and take care of myself. ❤️😄

The Kaiser doctors here are dangerous. My loved one has nearly died twice in 2.5 weeks due to medical neglect. Six different doctors, six different views. Nobody compares notes. Nurses don’t get patient out of bed to use the bathroom because they don’t have time. Kaiser’s idea of home health care is pure negligence. Never, ever send an elderly person to this hospital.
