The care the staff is friendly and helpful. The doctors are awesome many listen to your needs and have great bedside manners. They have the best support groups and the facility is clean.
I’ve been there 3x in the last 7 months for Kidney stones , excellent care !
Rather go to Southside. Even though I am 2 mins from good sam

I’ve had multiple procedures at Good Sam and the Doctors and Nurses and entire staff are always awesome - they make you sure that you are in the best hands and they even call you at home - made me feel so much less anxious - thanks guys ❤️
My sister has been in your ER today since this morning she has been in the hallway being cared for all day no privacy an she has a serious medical condition where she should be treated with more care it is now 11:55pm almost midnight my sister has just went for a MRI at 8pm from being there since around 11am this morning she gets out of MRI and a hour and a half later an has still been in the hallway no privacy no comfortability and I am highly upset at the way she is being handled I would never recommend this hospital she h... read more
