I have had such negative experiences with doctors - I wasn't really hoping for much else here. However, it was a lot different. I was seen early, the nurse was friendly and professional and the Dr was a delight. I had a difficult procedure and everything was done to make me feel at ease and to understand exactly what was going on at all times. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars!
