I don’t know why I see bad reviews. It was really great and doctors are kind, careful and funny. I did not know what’s happened with me and everyone tried to find out it. The receptionists girls are the best , they helped me with insurance and treatment . The waiting time was not long
Came in on a ambulance to the ER… they had me wait there from kidney failure, they treated me badly in intake. They treat people this way to show each other they are in charge, and if you are low income or minority even worse. ( THIS SETS THE TONE FOR THE REST OF THE DOCTORS AND NURSES, THEY ARE VERY INCONSIDERATE AND HATEFUL HERE )
don't waste your time at this e.r.. i thought of giving them the benefit of the doubt but they assume things before doing proper triage and diagnostics. how do you know there's no fracture or anything else if you didn't do diagnostics?
Horrible!!! Do NOT go here. There is ONE DOCTOR for the whole ER. I came in with chest pain and had to wait 7 hours. The whole place is a mess and HIPAA is being violated left and right. The lady at the front desk was yelling people’s names and info. The nurse who took my vitals was extremely rude, and while sitting in the hallway waiting for an EKG I could hear the nurses talking really badly about patients by name and condition and making fun of them.
