I went into surgery yesterday and the nurses and Dr. Murphy was great. I would recommending coming here again
This was a very good hospital! The staff were very friendly and helpful! If we lived in the area, it would be our number one choice in hospitals!
My 3 month old daughter (at that time) was admitted to Good Sam with RSV, which developed into bronchiolitis and pneumonia, which then made her right lung collapse. The care she received from the pediatric doctors, nurses, and even housekeepers was impeccable. Their compassion and quality care during our week stay helped me as a mother get through such a horrendous time. Thank you PEDS floor for making my baby better!
Sends inaccurate bills, then puts you on hold for 3 hours. None of the staff was able to even locate the account in question, or fix anything.
