The older lady at the front that answer the phone most of the time ,I don't remember her name right now but she is so rude she will literally hang up the phone on you.She will read your result loudly she even mistaken me for another person and tells me my teeth was extremely dirty,I almost rude to her ,anyway I enjoy my visits with Dr Freed.By the way I want to make mention the african American lady that took my X-rays,she was absolutely professional and superb customer service ,I've been going to this dentist for over 3/4 y... read more
