Walked in for my appointment. Receptionist couldn’t find it. Then her coworker couldn’t find it. I showed her the email confirmation. She really studied the email. She looked at me like I was just wrong, yet here it is. The other worker came out too. They were so puzzled. The receptionist was very harried, “its 3:30!
