Dr. Shaun Jang is amazing. He is kind and caring. One of the nicest doctors I've ever met. He listens to you and makes you feel welcome.
The experience with Dr. Jang is very enlightening. Dr. Jang explains and answers questions in my appointment. I believe he cares about my health.
Over all... Bad experience. I had set an appointment on ZocDoc about a month prior. I had my appointment tomorrow via video visit at 10am and I was all ready for it and anticipating the doctor visit. received a text message this afternoon from the office saying that they had canceled my appointment due to some scheduling issues on their end. Absolutely horrible experience. I had a scheduled appointment that the clinic themselves canceled, claiming they could handle my prescription refill over the phone. I trusted their process and followed their guidance, only to be told last minute that they had changed their minds and now required me to come in person for the refill. Because they canceled my original appointment, I was left without any options only to be told the next available appointment wouldn’t be for another week and a half.
