Me olvide unas chanclas en la habitación y al ir a buscarlas me dijeron que las tiraron a la basura, pero la persona que buscó en la basura dijo no encontrar nada… Una de las “encargadas” mientras doblaba toallas me dijo que NO era su responsabilidad los objetos olvidados en las habitaciones. Y la persona de limpieza afirmó haberlas tirado a la basura aunque normalmente NO lo hace. Definitivamente una atención al cliente PÉSIMA y muy malos modales por parte del personal. ROBAN LOS OBJETOS OLVIDADOS.
La atención en recepción es buena y son amables. Las habitaciones tienen cierto olor a guardado pero si enciendes el aire no hay problema. El parking es muy amplio y no necesitas un pase de parqueo.
Room was clean Newly remodeled Staff is very nice and friendly One of the decent hotels I found in my budget Bathroom was clean and equipped with new towels Shower has good hot water Very close (walkable) to Taco Bell, Burger King, Starbucks, chick fil a, chilli’s Close to highway but very quiet
Very bad mattress. You can feel the mattress springs while on it. My back hurt all night.
