The philosophy at this hotel is the customer is not always right. I booked a room with 2 queen beds at the Inn at Rohnert Park. When I tried to check in they told me I only reserved 1 queen bed. There was a mix up between the booking website and the hotel and even though I produced my confirmation number and email showing I paid for two rooms they made me sit in the lobby for over an hour while it was straightened out. I had my confirmation, what did they think would happen if they put me in a room while they sorted it out? ... read more

HORRIBLE HOTEL DONT THINK ABOUT GOING HERE !!!! Had our deposit on hold for an entire month and still haven’t gotten it back and the staff was so rude and unprofessional I don’t know how there still in business
