For a pediatrics facility they do not know how to deal with children. The doctor was not interested in listening to me while trying to explain what was wrong and she was frustrated that my 4 year old was crying because she was in pain, the nurse gave me attitude and said if I didn't want to hold her down I could refuse treatment, I then requested a different nurse and it seems as if he was the only qualified to work with children as he talked to my daughter and explain what he was going to do, she calmed down and let him get... read more
