This may very well be a good enough retail experience in store but I caution you if you do any custom work with Paul. Through email, he was direct but not clear, assuming in some ways, that jargon and language familiar to him in the industry ought be familiar to you—not very forgiving and fairly abrupt, in service ultimately to efficiency, I'm sure. Selling my temperpedic after getting well educated by Paul on the importance of all natural wool mattresses. He is such a gem, doing important work of sourcing and manufacturing clean materials in a world full of toxicity and forever chemicals. And best of all, the mattresses feel the best I’ve ever felt! They are very customizable and will last a long time. This is a must if you care about your health.

Paul the owner is so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and I really enjoyed my experience with him helping me pick out the right sheets and comforter. I went with the natural tone of percale Coyuchi sheets/duvet and a light wool comforter by Sleep & Beyond. All of it is so incredibly comfortable and sleeps cool like I like but also keeps you warm and cozy.
