It is ironic that they are called "good neighbor" because to be a good neighbor means to love your neighbor as yourself. I didn't see any of that. In fact I saw the opposite. It took over 3 months to hear back from them after I filed a claim. They say that it should only take up to 40 days max. During those 3 months I was waiting I heard absolutely nothing in return.
