You couldn't ask for anyone better to take care of your property. Very dedicated and on top of things. Pricing is good and his response time is amazing. He keeps you up to date on everything as though you are there taking care of it yourself. I feel very fortunate to have Todd taking care of my property.

Todd was very professional and upstanding. When you hire someone to check on your home when your gone for months and they do exactly as promised it is almost shocking. In the past I have found it hard to find dependable help let alone an individual like Todd and his crew who go above and beyond what has been promised. They treated our home as it was theirs.
