We have had Todd doing home checks for us for the last two years and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the service he provides. We receive pictures after every home check he completes. We are in the third year of using Todd to look after our property during our summer absence. He has demonstrated himself to be totally trustworthy, competent, thorough and professional. His visits to our home are not just “walk throughs”. As evidenced by our security system he spends a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes executing his property assessment.
