Ben came to my home and we went over several projects together which he stated he could easily do. He told me he would have an estimate for me within the next few days. I held off on the work as I really liked Ben as a person but after not hearing from him, I called and messaged him a week later and then again and nothing. Thanks for wasting my time. I don't understand contractors that do this? Doesn't do anyone any good except get you a bad review.
Ben is THE best! He installed our new refrigerator (and uninstalled the old one). He was prompt, extremely courteous, and very professional. We plan to have Ben handle all of our repairs in the future.
Very unprofessional, asked for a quote and was told that “reinstalling” two shutters would cost more than anyone else had listed. When I politely declined he then began to berate me by asking me what I did for a living and then telling me it’s not a real job. The irony is I was super polite, my response to him was that the price was too high and I wished him a good day. Some people don’t know that you can’t have customers without customer service.
Ben was excellent. We had an outlet that started to smoke. Good N' Handy was out same day provided me a quote and finished the service within a hour. I highly recommend them, good people!
