Professional and on time. I was pleased when I was told that my furniture would be stored in temperature control storage units as I have very high end pieces. Had to move out in a hurry with an unexpected flood. Furniture picked up and put in storage for 5 days. Did not feel the price was outrageous either. Would highly recommend.
