I was extremely happy with my experience with GoodMove Movers. They exceed my expectations. I had to cancel our original move date with only a day or two notice. They were very understanding. I rescheduled and had to change again! Jill was my contact person during these changes and she remained positive never making me feel bad about the changes I had to request. Good Move did a great job. The guys were friendly, caring (i had a bad situation i was moving out from) and worked carefully and quickly. The only complaint I have, and this was discovered after I left, is the way they put my bed together, the mattress is on a higher rung than before and has caused issues of for me. I have to find someone who can rectify that, as I can't disassemble and put the bed back together myself. Overall a good experience and I would recommend this company.

Using Good Move Movers, Inc. to pack-up and transfer my belongings from Gurnee to Loves Park was the best decision I ever made. From the beginning of the quotation process, Chris met with me F2F, explained all that was involved in moving and the related fees. The only reason I'm giving this company five stars is because I could not give them six. I had to reschedule a move with very little notice due to a bank error and they did not charge me a cent to do so; the moving rate was highly competitive as well. The movers showed up right on time in a safe, secure truck and were friendly, efficient and hard workers. If you need a mover in Chicago, look no further.
Chris was very professional and delivered on exactly what he promised. I would trust Good Move with all my moving needs. The fact that they can offer many different services was a big help. Keep up the good work!!
Ten days ago these folks did my second move, and I was as happy with the experience as the first time. The three-person team was different but they were equally pleasant, professional, and efficient as the first crew. The constants were Chris Dunne and Jill Sierzega, the office administrator. They were both very good to work with: responsive, efficient and--really important!--available. I knew that if there were some sort of problem, I would be able to reach one of them. I have recommended this group to others.
