I cannot recommend GMR enough! Sam and his crew did super high quality work, quickly, and for a fair price. Sam was super communicative throughout the whole process and made my garage renovation hassle free. I will for sure be using them again!
In Q4 of 2025, Sam and his team performed some repairs and upgrades at my residence. The work performed included replacing 3 entry doors, replacing 2 columns at the front entrance, replacing transom windows and replacing siding and trim on the chimney. Sam and team delivered a professional service in a timely manner at a competitive rate. I plan to have Sam back at my residence in the future!!

GMR did two projects for me: the first was replacing my deck on back of house that Garrett did, and the second was constructing a small new portico over my front door that Sam completed. Both jobs were completed as requested and 'designed' and both were very good jobs. I think Garrett could have done a little better job on maybe flipping a few boards over to better hide a couple of knots but those can be filled with wood putty, so no problem. We had a very difficult bath remodel due to a jacuzzi tub leak. They did it!! Very patient, kind, high integrity! Highly recommended!
