I've called numerous of times to discuss a medical bill that I've got in the mail and no answer or call back, left a voicemail to a Kelly and no return call. I really want to settle this bill but there is NO communication, left at least five messages and nothing, very unprofessional!!! Now they send me a letter about my account going to collections, that's BS!
