Had an appointment with iliana at 10 am the owner told her to forget about my appointment and reschedule cause she booked an appointment at 9:30 am for someone thats been a client from before . So basically saying illianas client dont mean anything ? cindy did the worst job didnt even do my cuticles and was quick to get me out
New management has made such a positive difference! The salon is clean, welcoming, and professional. The staff is friendly, and they truly care about their customers. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! ¡La nueva administración ha hecho una gran diferencia! El salón está limpio, es acogedor y muy profesional. My friend referred me to this place. She spoke very highly of Cindy. She texted Cindy and informed Cindy that I would be coming to get my nails done. I came around 2:00pm to meet Cindy and ask her if I would be able to come at 5:00. I came at 4:55 and Cindy had another person in her chair stating that she forgot I was arriving.
