Complete nightmare in my case. Over 16 hrs of work and nothing stuck. I can say that the artist was an amazon person, that's about it. I wasted quite a lot of time, money and effort to make it work, then I gave up, because I'm not a sadist. I did NOT ask for a refund on what was paid, but there was still a balance on the account. I have had my procedure for over 10 years. They are simply the best out there. People cannot believe its micropigmentation. I stand by them. Schedule a consult and invest in yourself. Oh yeah. make sure you wear sunscreen on the noggin.

They had a person that was brand new doing my head. She did not know what she was doing. I was basically a guinea pig. I tried to get them to make it right, compensating me somehow. They didn't want to discount or refund ANYTHING! I gave them a chance to make it right. I talked to the owner and other management. I told them I was going to post something like this.
