I’ve had such a positive experience with Mishea and Good Life Counseling. I felt comfortable from the beginning and received genuine care. Feeling safe made it easier for me to open up and talk about my anxiety and depression.
I love my therapist, Ms. Mishea. She is incredibly caring, patient, and supportive, and she always makes me feel safe and understood. Because of her, I’ve learned a lot about myself and how to handle things better. She’s super genuine and sweet! And is always the person I run to if I need someone to talk to or even just to vent about the most random things. She’s been my therapist since 2025 and she’s amazing I would definitely recommend her.
I would definitely recommend anyone to Mishea and the Good Life Counseling Center. Mishea helped me adjust to and cope with my anxieties and depression. She’s compassionate and very supportive. From day one, she was always super easy to talk to (even during the ugly cry moments). Scheduling appointments are easy and she even made herself available for an “emergency” call. I liked that they’re flexible with either in person or online visits. I’m truly grateful for all the support that I have received.

My experience at Good Life Counseling Center was truly supportive and welcoming. My therapist was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about what I was going through. The scheduling was very flexible and I was able to meet virtually or in person to support my busy schedule. Unfortunately I ended up moving to the east coast, but when I come back I would return as a client.
