My first time at Good Knights and it was phenomenal! The shakes there are ridiculously good as well as the tea bombs! Greg and Courtney are great, and will treat you like their own family when you walk in the door.
The welcome and abundance of support is beyond belief. It's a judge free zone an family based setting. You never feel like your at a gym because your surrounded by others who have the same fitness goals and also want to ensure you reach yours while having a good time! I've only been a member for two days and already feel I've known everyone for years. You cannot go wrong here because you will reach your goal. You never feel alone because everyone wants to get to know you! I love it here!
