October 18 Still waiting...Took full pay June 20. I'm still waiting for the work to be done. Because I was able to pay in full instead of financing through Good Housekeeping they have delayed my work. I told them I wanted a refund so he sent the contractors out to tear down my porch while I was at work. Then I was told it would take 10 days. Thank God I have a side door!!! If you need the work done in a timely manner, finance through them and pay it off. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE OWNER!!!!
