The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and kind when I went to them to get my exhaust heat shield fixes. Which I was completely surprised how affordable it was. I will most definitely be visiting this guys again in the near future.
John, and Mike and the staff are completely customer service knowledgeable. they are great call make an appointment very reasonable and I don't have to take my car back a day or two later. been going to Good Hope Service for many years and never had a bad thing to say. they are busy alot and always find the time for my customer service needs.
I took my car here after getting the runaround from other shops. I was told I needed an alternator mind you it was around Christmas time bummer right. I received a call from the owner with the good news that I did not need an alternator. I was so happy he was very honest with me about my car. I needed a flush because my car was stalling so badly, I was serviced the same day. I strongly recommend Good Hope service to anyone. I appreciate their honesty and quick service.

Good Hope Service is excellent !! 5 Stars +++. They repaired a dangerous brake system that the dealer missed 3 times. I HIGHLY recommend them......now my go to auto service center !!!
