Don’t go there worst place ever. I switched to a new internal medicine and primary care doctor last Thursday. The front desk staff are rude and will cuss you out and Jan Sparks today sends me a letter I have to sign for saying she’s terminating me as a patient for disorderly conduct towards staff all I said was I don’t like you to a rude front desk worker and I cantt to understand you to the same rude front desk worker who doesn’t speak good English her thick accent makes her hard to understand and she cusses me and anything... read more

Hailey is no longer there she was a guiding light her smile and friendly demeanor always made me feel welcome today they were rude then a nice woman let me know Hailey was no longer there so I Kenneth Sidler called my insurance and will now be going to Brentwood Family Medicine for my internal and primary care provider when they lost Hailey as an employee they lost me as a patient so I’d not recommend this place from a methadone clinic
The lady that works up front at good health associates her name was Haley and I don’t appreciate she was very rude and disrespectful towards me.
I see Dr. Cindy Larkin APRN, FNP-BC Good Health Associates. She is efficient and I'm so comfortable, during my appointments, with all the staff from chick-in to check-out. And the Lab is the best, very minimal pain, just a slight pinch. In addition to 5 stars I give, AAA, A+, , 100% recommend Good Health Accociates.
