This is not a doctor's office. This is an office of nurse practitioners, which works great unless you need a doctor. My mother was being treated and was prescribed medication that had adverse effects. When my mother was taken to the emergency room due to complications, I called and asked to speak to the doctor specifically - not the nurse practitioner. I cannot say enough good things about this office and service. Starting from the front desk staff to the lab worker to the nurses and the Dr. they were all wonderful, caring, helpful, professional, supportive, and they all went above and beyond. They worked with us every time to make the process of getting my mom her medical evaluation for immigration purposes. This is the worst clinic I have ever been too.i called two weeks ago about my stomach and never heard back. I'm a new patient. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. They are terrible. Go to a real place that cares about you
When I found this clinic and they told me that they accept my insurance and I could get in pretty quickly I was so happy that I finally found a primary care close to where I live and that didn’t make you wait months. When I scheduled with them I asked multiple times if they accepted my insurance and if there was anything I needed to do prior to my appointment to get my primary care provider switched them I was assured multiple times that I didn’t and they take care of it.
