We are taught from the start that insurance is a necessity. While it does have benefits, it is also becoming extremely unbalanced to the point where insurance holds the upper hand. I've been a patient here for years back when Dr. Sangetha was my Dr and I can't believe I haven't left a review yet! I see Dr Jan Sparks now, and she is always just the best! Easy to talk to, completely understands my needs and is kind and patient when I bring my journal with me because I'm one of those that's always like "Dang I forgot to ask about **This or that**...I've recommended this place for a few of my family members and they are glad I recommended this place.
Hard to get on the phone been calling for 3 days.
Don’t go there worst place ever. I switched to a new internal medicine and primary care doctor last Thursday. The front desk staff are rude and will cuss you out and Jan Sparks today sends me a letter I have to sign for saying she’s terminating me as a patient for disorderly conduct towards staff all I said was I don’t like you to a rude front desk worker and I cantt to understand you to the same rude front desk worker who doesn’t speak good English her thick accent makes her hard to understand and she cusses me and anything... read more
