I was loved this practice and the staff and i was a patient for close to 10 years . They were all smiling. The visit and issues were discussed and not in terms that were over my head. I called for my bloodwork results with positive explanation. I told them about my puppy before I moved to Texas and wanted to share his picture I'll try again.
Cindy Larkin is terrific! She is friendly and puts me at ease. Never condescending. Never rushes me. The entire staff is friendly and I love the casual atmosphere. Not to mention that I’ve never had to WAIT very long.
This is not a doctor's office. This is an office of nurse practitioners, which works great unless you need a doctor. My mother was being treated and was prescribed medication that had adverse effects. When my mother was taken to the emergency room due to complications, I called and asked to speak to the doctor specifically - not the nurse practitioner. I cannot say enough good things about this office and service. Starting from the front desk staff to the lab worker to the nurses and the Dr. they were all wonderful, caring, helpful, professional, supportive, and they all went above and beyond. They worked with us every time to make the process of getting my mom her medical evaluation for immigration purposes. This is the worst clinic I have ever been too.i called two weeks ago about my stomach and never heard back. I'm a new patient. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. They are terrible. Go to a real place that cares about you
