When I found this clinic and they told me that they accept my insurance and I could get in pretty quickly I was so happy that I finally found a primary care close to where I live and that didn’t make you wait months. When I scheduled with them I asked multiple times if they accepted my insurance and if there was anything I needed to do prior to my appointment to get my primary care provider switched them I was assured multiple times that I didn’t and they take care of it. 2024 Update (2 stars): Sadly, this place has really gone down hill. With the departure of Sangeetha and now Catherine, I find myself searching for a new PCP. I'm pretty sure one of the PAs is anti-vaxx and anti-mask which is disappointing for a medical professional. They recommended I bring my TRT from a specialist to them so I eventually did. Highly disorganized. Been charged several times out of nowhere where insurance should've covered, or mystery charges when called have been dropped. Would have to call MULTIPLE TIMES after appointments to get medications refilled or corrected. Would recommend anywhere else.
