A really great experience using Good Hands Plumbing recently, for a persistently leaky kitchen tap that my husband was unable to solve himself as the house is old and has some quirks (and was slowly driving us crazy!) I called the team at Good Hands, left a message and someone called me back within a couple of hours (and as it wasn’t an emergency that was fine with me). Brilliant! Shout out to Ryan, same day call out and blockage fix. He walked me through what he was doing with full transparency and very agreeable upfront costing. Unlike previous call outs from different plumbing groups, Ryan provided me images/video of the blockage and subsequent cleared pipes - great reassurance of the quality of his work and just a pleasure to have on-site. Should the need arise I’ll definitely be giving Good Hands a bell. Thank again, Ryan!
Top notch - very prompt, courteous, clean and skilled. Would not hesitate to recommend (was releasing washing machine taps).
