We have been waiting for over a month for Ken to get back with us on an estimate. Week after week, he said he would let us know something and has never gotten back us. Very frustrating and a complete waste of our time.
I unhesitatingly recommend Good Guys Renovation and Construction. We contracted with them to provide maintenance, and some renovations, to our house in Sequoyah Hills. Specifically we requested: 1) Inspect gutters, fascia boards, soffits and moldings, and repair or replace as necessary, 2) After scraping, caulking, priming and filling, clean and repaint all woodwork on the outside of the house, including windows, and 3) Renovate and refinish a badly-weathered screened porch of cypress. Awesome people with great service. Ken listened patiently to our needs and send us a quick quote for the work and finished the work on time as he had stated in the agreement. Kept us informed of the ongoing work and any hurdles they faced with a solution. The completed work looks very satisfactory.
