I called the Good Guys on Saturday and see if they can fit me in for a transmission flush and both front and rear differential flush. The lady sent me the the quote and followed up a hour later. The quote was definitely more than reasonable compare to the dealership. They told me that they have the fluids and ready for the house job whenever I am ready. Great service and really nice people! I highly recommend
Always very friendly and helpful.
I had a very good experience at Good Guys Auto Care and Tires. Elvira and Charles both helped me on my tire issue and they showed me what was wrong and gave me a very detailed report. I went to 2 other tire shops before this and they struggled to find the issue but when I went here they found the issue immediately and they take their work seriously and helped me a lot. They gave me a detailed history report with pictures so I could show the dealership the mistakes they made and helped me get compensated for my issue.
Excellent fast service. It is a relief to have someone who cares about good customer service and is willing to go the extra mile, and then follow up. I will definitely be back for future service. Thanks and God Bless to Elvira and and Barry and Staff!
