AVOID - promised estimate but never followed through
We were about to hire this company to do a major job for us, but the person was incredibly unprofessional. Examples include: 1. The inability to hit Reply All on email threads that included multiple stakeholders (he would only reply to my husband, not me). 2. When asked multiple times to hit Reply All, he would reply only to my husband and say 'No problem'. 3. Ulysses and Good Fellas came in at a reasonable price and with good references, so I went with them for a full interior painting project of a 4 bedroom house. His office was well-organized and prompt with any questions related to scheduling or invoicing. My wife and I hired Good Fellas to do some renovation/yard work on our new house. The entire team went above and beyond! Our house looks a lot better than what we expected it to look like.
